It is an exercise often ridden incorrectly during dressage tests, leading to many needless lost marks.
So, in the podcast episode, we’re going to clarify what a give and retake is, why the dressage judge wants to see you perform this exercise, how to ride a give and retake, and some faults you need to avoid.
